In 3rd grade I wrote a story about popcorn for Mrs. Colander's creative writing assignment. As she passed back our graded papers, she looked me in the eye and said "You have a gift. You should keep writing." As the saying goes, the rest is history... 



My words have changed form and shape over the years but the delight remains. Now I primarily write about applying Scripture to daily life. I've found this to be a bottomless ocean to explore.



I live just outside Washington, DC in Northern Virginia where I'm raising 3 children by the grace of God, working my day-job, loving my church, and doing whatever I can to support my pastor/ husband. It is a normal life. It is a sacred life.
